My new techno L8 is always starting.

HiOS is starting (almost every 2 - 3 hours.)

What does it mean?

How can I Deactivate it?

Does it only show hios is starting
Does it not show Optimising apps

Are all your apps updated?
If yes, you should try to Switch off your phone completely and put it back on to see if ish persists.

Done that several times but it persists.

Are you sure your phone is not on scheduled power off and on? check your settings
