This story is very untrue! The said twins were recently delivered by a mentally derailed woman in Ibadan. It was the Governor's wife that helped the lady to the State Hospital when she was about to deliver them. Since then, the Governor's wife has been taking good care of the mad woman and the twin have been taken from the mad woman.
