T5OM:Excuse me Bro, i'll say it and continue to say it, that I'm proud to be among the people who voted Jonathan out of Aso Rock due to his ineptitude and lackadaisical attitude in handling the affairs of state. However, I still believe if this government is not up to the task, then I will vote them out ASAP! Cos I don't attach sentiment to things that affect not just me, but my kids in future to come. |

gidjah:Stop being parochial. Is it his fault he is the richest African? Or did God not give you one head like him? Whilst he has been carving out business frameworks from Nigeria to Kenya how many of our southern brothers have done the same? Why must it always come down to tribe by the way? Nonsense. |

Basildvalour:Our refineries are obsolete. That was why OBJ sold them off. Yaradua regretably reversed the sale. We shd have built a new 1million bpd refinery since. It should cost like $10 billion. Solves fuel problem and earns forex. Instead, we were settling friends with subsidy/oil import contracts. |

joseph1832:Jonathan changed that to his chagrin. You see how tight buhari has wrapped his fingers around the electoral system and the rampant inconclusive elections, that is a return to pre-jonathan electoral system. An individual like buhari would have rigged 2015 elections as an incumbent. Buhari is not leaving regardless of performance. Start getting used to it. |

nigerians are dynamic pple,,,its a normal thing to jus blame buhari...the marketers are jus selfish n greed .nnpc solely import pms n sells to the marketers ..they buy frm nnpc in naira. NNPC access forex frm CBN @ 312 or there abt ...marketers buy with naira. is it nt time the masses rise against this marketers wu told us in may,#145 nt profitable...yet they all declare massive profit,, the business is nt profitable but check there financial reports so much profit than they've bin making in previous years. if its nt profitable hw many av close down if yu r nt buyin with dollars why use dollar as an excuse,,,my pets indomie now double d price,,n d seller is tellin me dollar ti won. the prices we find in market is nt base on manufacturing cost anymore,,,traders hike profit,,u do me i do yu price system evrywhr,,things r worst no thanks to d govt but we d citizens r makin worst worst |

Are we not in the era of deregulation? price will rise and fall, the marketers should stop taking advantage of uneducated Nigerians. The price of cooking gas have been rising and falling in recent times, that is how deregulation works. At 145, some are selling at 140, 142 and so on. If petrol rise to 150 or more, some will still sell at 145 and less. The fluctuation in the dollar market will be responsible for price fluctuations while the forces of demand will finally determine price. Its high time Nigerians gets less sentimental, I saw a filling station selling diesel at 175 and petrol 140 yesterday. The marketers are just looking for subsidy payments again, that's all but PMB won't give them jack awon ole |

ericsmith:the marketers are just missing the era of subsidy payments, they want it back but thunder fire them, the forces of demand making some filing stations sell less than 145 is making them sick, awon were |
