They got away with 2.7m and they were asked to bail with #800,000 k.. What a country cry

why won't crime rate increase when there's no platform for talented youths. This softwares that reveals password can be used to track criminals down too and unveil their looted funds. If its possible they should free them, we still have people who stole from the county and got away

That's not nice though we no we that d country is tough now. For u to no his ATM details it means that your boss is plain. How come he took his time to withdraw such amount of money na wao. Do u no how long it took d man save such amount but m still surprise cos d man shud be seeing d alert has he was withdrawing d money n order d bank to block d card. This is funny, it means d man did his research properly.

#2.7m is even a small amount for consultancy fee .... My HOD earns more than a Million naira monthly by being a visiting lecturer to some institutions ....

There is no software that can uncover an ATM Card PIN.
What might have happened was that the boss had given him the PIN at a time to help him make withdrawals.

Even if there was a software, what service will it connect to get the pin? Mastercard? Visa? Or where? Even your bank cannot know your pin because it's encrypted right in the card. And it uses a one-way hash, like md5 which can only be encrypted on input and can never be decrypted back.

Moreso if he were to have made an online transaction where only the card CVV2 is required the online merchant will still send the card owner a confirmation code by SMS of which the he doesn't even have the owner's phone at hand.

Again If he's so smart to ever have such software it means he will have a direct connection to a private data storage of mastercard, Visa and other card providers which means he won't even need to steal cards to get the money.
There are one thousand and one smarter ways to steal electronically without getting caught, he just added that "software" line so everyone will think he's one kind of genius that needs to be explored.

The salary scale of professors anywhere in Nigeria is 500k plus / month and most professors work in atleast 2 or more universities of which they pay them within that scale too.
You really underrated lecturing job. It's very lucrative with benefits.
