Please advice. Is it normal for Samsung s7 edge battery to go off after just approximately after 7hrs? Otherwise how can i extend the battery? I was wondering why people said gionee battery was just a number. It is indeed better than Samsung in terms of battery only though and in nigeria, we all know how bad our power supply is.

I have to tell you that you came to the wrong thread to seek advice cause the people here are bosses that use only the current flagships *excluding me* at least for now.

Why on earth do people keep comparing s7 edge with iphone 6s. You can't even compare it to iphone 7. S7 edge is like optimus prime while iphone 6s is bumble bee. Iphone 7 just became megatron. References to transformers.

You spend your whole life on Netflix?

The issue with me right now is I'm so confused. I have the iPad Air 2 hoping to upgrade to the iPad Pro 9.7 soon.

Now I want a phone soonest......should I just get the new iPhone 7 or grab the S7 edge. More confusions e'eerday!!

The two phones are great. I love the Apple aesthetics and unparalleled Optimization.....but I must agree that the ergonomics of the S7 edge is outstanding and far outshines the iPhone in all categories. That leaves the issue of the Android OS which is always my biggest fear of grabbing the S7. Will the S7 run as smooth as the iPhone? I doubt but then the added features of the S7 are so tempting. And when you think of that beautiful VR experience you just want to rush to the store and steal one!

Again, using an iPad and iPhone?? Hhmmmm. Everything that runs on the iPhone runs 100x better on the iPad. Games, yes Games. And then movies and music videos are far better on the iPad. So why own the iPhone? A 300k phone just to make and receive phone calls? Hell NO!!!


At this rate I may be doing my S7 edge unboxing on Nairaland soonest oooh!!!!

I don't what you guys have against dem chinese oem dem. They are life savers believe me. Many won't know what smartphone feels like without them. The difference between S7 and phantom 10 whenever it comes out will be clear to the blind. Oga Greenhulk knows from first hand experience what am talking about. But still they save folks like me and will still beg for them chinese cause right now I don't even have them

I can say China phones are upgrading their batteries. They are also upgrading their cameras.

But the s7 edge battery with its high display pixels and super amoled screen, can go head to head with many of the chinko phones that lack such hardwares.

Then the camera?? China phones can't dare see the brake light of s7.

Lastly, It's Samsung for crying out loud. You can use it comfortably in any country and can repair in any country. For example, in Europe, Americas, huge part of Asia, a part has to be replaced, it's easier to get than Chinese phone parts. Chinese phones are only for Chinese and Nigerians.

I don't need to go further. The iphone is struggling to battle Samsung. But please, dont compare chinese phones with s7 or even s7 edge. It's a sin.

I didn't at any point compare Samsung with them chinko cause it's a sacrilege to compare them in the world of technology. All am saying is that each of them has its purpose. While Samsung is for the people with taste and class, the others are for people who loves the good things of life but sadly cause of financial constraint or stinginess will not afford it.

One demerit of iphone is dat they gat no care center here in Nigeria so unfortunate.when my iphone6 gat issues then i av 2 send 2 d uk & d cost of fixn it was equivalent 2 d amount i bought i just gat 2 tell ma frnd 2 4get abt it

The best smartphone in the world right now is Samsung Galaxy S7 edge G935F . No controversy about that!!!

I don't know what will happen next year but as for this year S7 edge leads! End of story.
