An institution that has no source of revenue, yet spends 25% of the budget. being famous as the most expensive legislature in the world. Have you ever heard of any legal action (not punitive) against any accused member? They've been on break running almost to a month leaving the executive with workloads. The best they would come up with, is throw up the constitution as leeway. No smack of urgency to address pressing issues. Shame on NASS.
