(2)What is the tickness of your concrete slab?
(3)what is the ratio of ur aggregate, cement to sand and granite?
(4)What is the thickness size of ur iron rod or wire mesh for ur reinforcement ? And what gap do u give.
(5)What type of color hardener, acrylic sealer and release agent do u use?
(6)Where and where have u worked for a reference purpose (picture) if possible)

My price depends on who supplies the materials.For a quality job using approved subgrade, i charge N8,000.00 i.e If i provide all the IMPORTED and LOCAL materials.

If my client provides all the LOCAL AND IMPORTED materials, i charge N1,800.00 per m2 but If the client provide all LOCAL MATERIALS while the we provide all the IMPORTED MATERIALS, we charge N4,500.00.

Now, for the thickness of my concrete slab, we make sure we use approved thickness level for high traffick flow area which is 10cm unless where there is already a precast then we can reduce thickness level.

For my aggregate, we use approved ratio of 8 painter buckect of special sand, 6 painter buckets of granites per one bag of cement. This must be free from frost with standing water.Good concrete mix design is essential. Concrete should contain a minimum of 5 sacks of cement per cubic yard of concrete. All aggregate must be nonreactive. Water content should be at minimum, and the slump should not exceed four inches. A normal or retarded-set, water-reducing admixture may be used.The concrete mix must not contain any admixture or additive that contains calcium chloride.

For color hardener: we use different types of color hardner.It all depends on the type of pattern on use, color of the roof, and the building itself.
To achieve a bright and reflective surface,I prefer original color use from Butterfield Perma-cast shake-on color hardener or pavecrete color hardener. Available in over 30 colors ie color 600, color 700, color 305 etc
For Release agents, i use both antique liquid release agents and powder release agents such as 425 for color 305, release 101 for any color hardner.Each depends on the availability of the product and urgency of the job according to the client's choice.

For acrylic sealer, there are many cure and sealer agents but the cost varies. I still prefer the use of original sealer such as butterfield sealer, A-z super sealer, clear guard pro 350 cure and seal etc
REASONS FOR MY USE OF AFORE MENTIONED SEALERS:
1. It dries to a high gloss.
2. It provides excellent color enhancement and protect majidcrete decorative concrete stamp work over time.
3. It is most suitable for residential floors, commercial, event centres, churchs, mosque, schools etc.
4. For cost mgt, it can be purchased in gallons,pails or drums.
5. It contains volatile chemical like ACETONE
6. suitable for exterior and interior floors like the kitchen, balcony, lobby, car porges inside the main house etc.

...the guy na learner na my oga. He reply me through copy and paste. He has never laid his hand on most of the materials he listed here since he was born. He knows me very well. He once call me to enquire about stamed conccrete material and i dought if he has personally executed any job. I still want him to update me with more pics and a picture of him doing the job and not posting another man's job. it takes many days to install a stamped concrete job so feel free to update me with the pics he took during the installation. lol

Some others will get the job, look for somebody who can do the job, pay them peanuts and at the end of the day the job done is nonsense.

exactly. Some people will even still another man's job pics. This guy onece called me to enquire about stamped concrete materials which he knows nothing about. I just click on his contact and llearnt that he has once call me to enquire to seek advice on stamped acrylic sealer.

I am suprise he is talking about butterfield materials. I swear he has never lay his hand on butterfield material for his life unless may be 2morow. Mashalltown is the only authorized distributor of butterfield in nigeria through surich technology and have not sold the material to anybody in nigeria, because the man only import for his personal use and was even asking me to help he creat awareness about the materials. To prove me wrong the man should send a picture of him holding a butterfield material even an empty container. I promise if that happen i will deactivate my account and say goodbye to nairaland. Some of them are just here to collect countract to mess up people's job. I promise i will expose the.
