I can testify to this I was initially reluctant to try d breastmilk and was given chloramphenicol in the hospital but after finishing it d discharge was still there. 6 weeks later I was given an ointment to rub directly into baby's eyes in the hospital but I couldn't take that risk n so I started researching then I read about using breastmilk 6 times daily . I only used it about 5 times which were immediately I finish feeding him and it cleared under 1 day

Pls how do you drop it? Directly from the breast or using something?

We went to the beach. I put madam in swimsuit and swim diapers and baby sunscreen (I've seen some at Ebeano and SPAR supermarkets). We now decided to build a sand castle (I know, I know, okoros feeling funky with ourselves cheesy). Halfway through it, raising walls and columns, LASG realised we had not settled Omo nile, paid taxes or anything and sent a huuuggggeeeee wave to wash us and the castle away grin Baby E was holding onto this big seashell and even though the wave rushed her and she cried, she stubbornly held on, she no dey carry last! We have sand in the most awkward places but we had fun.

Has anyone experienced this? My 7weeks old boy does not poo-poo everyday, sometimes once in 3days, and lately 5days...his fart can knock an elephant out... grin grin grin Lol. We initially started using gripe water to soften his stomach, and lately He had 'ella', this body rash that appears on newborn and we have been using 'agbo' and herbal soap to bathe him, the 'agbo woman' prescribed agbo jeddi for babies which we have been giving him but his poo-poo is still not regular.
He eats regularly and normally..the boy can suck and eat...Lol and he keeps gaining weight so I am kind of happy he is growing well, but the poo thing worries me. Is it normal or should we have something to worry about.
Abeg plz stop it.my baby do poo once in a week(every Monday) and he is very healthy

G'morning everyone!

I thought we could talk about a sensitive issue here today: Kpekusing.

How quickly did you return to it, how were your feelings about it and what helped to move the ministry along? Also, is anyone having some issues with it?

Let's share and help each other.

I resumed 5 weeks post episiotomy, I couldn't wait for their 6 weeks check. I felt like someone dropped my libido on my head like a huge rock cos by week 2 I was itching for some but for the bazoonic tear. I had enough pre intimacy and touching and all that before I was finally ready.

It wasn't as painful as I thought it would be, I had previously heard a lot of horror stories about first time kpekus post delivery. Twas just this uncomfortable dull stretching pain around the site.

Note that doing all other forms of romance and licking and suckinglipsrsealed before you actually resume can result in build up which helps to lubricate ze region (I didn't need to use the lubes I bought). But if oga no get patience, nnem buy lubricant and keep down.

For Kpekusing, some husbands don't feel too comfortable with lubricant. I think we should explain to them that is a hormonal change and down there feels dry. It's not about their technique. Also, emotionally, Himself helping around the house and with the baby made me feel more welcoming. It bonded us more as it didn't feel like he was coming home, sitting down, expecting dinner and then at night showing up. So that really helped.

Okay, good one. Do you wanna share with us first smiley what did you use and how did you make the choice?

I was told by a doctor that one of the side effects for contraceptive pills (Errin) was heavy bleeding. I don't know much about the implant ones or the coils and I keep hearing about hormonal fluctuations. Also, I know someone who got pregnant on the coil.

Any other mamas?
