I've read 87 Chase titles. I started ONE BRIGHT SUMMER MORNING when a guy named MALLORY sent me a A COFFIN FROM HONG KONG. I dispatched it quickly and asked for more. He offered to pay me to read other titles, and I smelt A WHIFF OF MONEY. However, he could only be TRUSTED LIKE A FOX ,so I asked him if THIS IS FOR REAL? "YOU HAVE YOURSELF A DEAL", He told me.. I have read most of his books, James hardley chase is the master of the art of deception, a gifted and talented writer, I believe he wrote other novels using different name, but one of his books I read that I still read till this very day is A GOLDEN FISH HAS NO HIDING PLACE I master piece I must say a must read for all lovers of chase |
