Op every elected government is duty bound to provide the right environment for her citizens to be what and whomever they desired to be not been pressurized by circumstances and events into becoming a farmer.

There is nothing wrong with being a farmer,but what I detest is trying to shift the blame from thw government to the masses by calling them names.

Op, am a yoruba son of the soil first and foremost and then, a nigerian. Would love to go (eventually) into farming but know absolutely next to nothing about the profession (though am willing to learn), as i was born and raised in the city to a predominantly well-educated family.

Anyway, i resent being referred to, as a "bastard" on account of my zero-knowledge of farming (and a nigerian). At any rate, i take solace in the conviction that, that is your own ignorant opinion which counts for nought as i know deep down within that, am not a bastard.


Lastly, is the Op suggesting every adult nigerian should go into farming?
