Seriously Osun state is a huge joke. It's a demographic scam used by the West to milk the central government.

A state whose allocation monthly is equivalent to the monthly salary of a super eagle coach not to talk of a senator of the federal Republic!

Aregbe is cleaning a gutter that's all. It looks like a canal but a big earth made gutter that empties rainfall into a nearby earthen pit.
