Looking at this Liverpool's goal by Lovren and analysing the new Offside rule. It was a sw.inger to the far post by Coutinho and Lovren who scored was onside but Liverpool had like 3players offside. I stand to be corrected but I thought the New rule was that whenever a pass comes in and a goal is scored the goal is not only judged by the position of the scorer but by every ones position when the ball came in. I'm not very sure so I need someone to clarify.

None of players judged to be offside impacted the ball, neither did they impede with the goalie's sight or attempt to make a play, thus the referee awarded the goal.
