Fans blast Edo State Governor Aspirant, Godwin Obaseki after he posted that he is introducing a Scholarship Scheme on his facebook page. Mr Godwin Obaseki, APC governorship candidate, said he would re-introduce scholarship and payment of bursary in all state-owned higher institutions, if elected.
