I wonder what happened to shooting them in d leg and capture them. I did not see any arm with these killed men. Who knows if they were at d wrong place at d wrong time. These could be farmers.

The speed with which cattle rustler are wasted, one wonders if those fulanis that massacre villagers are spirit and can't be wasted like these

The guy wearing traditional was obviously caught, his hands were tied inside his traditional clothing and he was shot in the head. Nigerians praise their Military for pictures like these without realising it that these pictures damage the reputation of Nigeria in the international community as a backward Country where it's citizen praise murder.

What we should be concerned about is that that guys hands had been toed before being executed
The rule of law ought to have taken its course once he had been arrested.

Nairaland is full of liars. Who told you cattle rustlers are the ones terrorizing communities? If they are the ones, why have the same soldiers not been able to drive them away from the communities they currently occupy in Benue state? Why did soldiers arrest the youths in Enugu trying to defend themselves against the fulani terrorist?

What are cattle rustlers doing in people's farm. A thief will not display cows stolen in public places where he can easily be seen.

Why were they not arrested when they killed people?

The lives of cows are more important than the lives of human to Buhari.

Let them continue their hypocrisy. It will end one day.

Death has become very cheap in 9ja.
People are becoming immune to it. Death of "those other evil people" has become accepted. Nobody is talking of using minimal reasonable force to disarm and arrest them for trial in court. No, nobody.

Sadly, this unintentionally prepares people for war and pogrom.
You just add ethnicity & religion to it. And massive killings can then follow as happened in Rwanda.
We all should worry about the future.

Nigerian army only knows how to kill you when you are unarmed and defenceless.

Extra judicial killings sited here. Noticed their hands were tied to the back before shooting them . What happened to our courts. This country na wa oooo.

There was exchange of gunfire, it's not murder! They had it coming.

TROOPS OF 1 DIVISION RAID ARMED BANDITS CAMPS IN ZAMFARA STATE

Troops of 223 Battalion, 1 Brigade, 1 Division Nigerian Army, have continued to raid and clear suspected livestock rustlers and armed bandits camps in Zamfara State.

The troops during a raid on suspected armed bandits camp at Dumburum forest, Zurmi Local Government, killed 7 livestock rustlers and recovered large quantity of ammunition and a pair of military camouflage uniform.

Similarly, the troops also cleared suspected armed bandits camp at Bagega general area in Anka Local Government Area. Although the bandits managed to escape, an abandoned motorcycle was recovered and the camp was destroyed.

The troops also proceeded and cleared livestock rustlers and armed bandits camps located at Gando forest, near Baruba village in Bukkuyum Local Government Area of the State.

The troops killed 8 armed bandits during an exchange of gunfire.

The troops have also mobilized to Kalgo village in Maru Local Government Area in pursuit of armed bandits that attacked the village.

It does not matter if there was exchange of fire. If a suspect is captured, even after exchange of fire, executing that suspect is still murder.
