Kindly help in recommending reasonable price Video Editing & Animation Laptop & Desktop, plus basic video editing Softwares

Preferably an Intel core i7 not less that 2.6ghz laptop with a good nvidia gpu of 2gb ram and above the RAM too should be at least 8gb
Desktop should have all the same requirements above but you can get a xeon processor instead

Due to power outage, do you think a laptop will be better??
