thanks, but looking at the specthe battery is Li- Ion 1500 mAh and from online review the battery doesn't even last long. is it possible to upgrade the battery to 250 mAh. I want to use this phone for something and the battery is very important.

No sir, been using a great Sam s3,super battery and still working last long.ensure you get the authentic one from a trusted seller .

how do I know authentic one? the one I got said made in China and yet the phone is Vietnam. the battery doesn't last that much on 3g usage. I would've love 2000mah to 2500mah battery. kindly help.

1. Having made in china written there does not guarantee it is genuine or fake. 90% of batteries are made in china.

2. i don't think u can easily get the genuine battery unless u order online. It is a 4 year old phone and it is s3 mini which is not very popular. I don't think dealers would like to have the genuine ones in stock.

3. How do u plan to upgrade the battery to 2,500mah? How would it fit in? Well u can geet extended battery but again who would have that in stock here? Ordering online would be ur best option. When u check the stress and cost then u are better off buying another's phone, or buy 2-3 extra batteries so u can easily swap since battery is removable.

Hmm. I don't know any s3 mini that was manufactured in 2014. The s5 mini is the one manufactured in 2014. I may be wrong though.

Hmmm.....depends on where you stay,if you happen to live in FCT just like my self, would have been able to assist,but since you may be staying outside my territory,..one obvious sign about the original is that it is more heavier than the China version, it isn't as attractive and colorful as the Chinese type.pls go to any re known and trusted buyer(may be a big time whole seller in your area or even a major market around you,they will surely give you the original type.the price should range between #2,000 to 3,000.
