The Army as a statutory organisation should please do an autopsy to scientifically probe the cause of death. Doing so will not only be in line with international best practice, it will also go a long way to forstall any similar sudden/premature deaths lurking in the institution.

Not a week its a month because cadets are passing out next month October 8.
63Regular Course were supposed to pass out last week but due to the fact that they have not spent 5yrs stipulated tym the Army had to postpone it till next month.

sorry I don't understand this Nigeria defence academy of a school. Do they get untomatic employment into Nigeria Army after graduation or what.

This is very sad. A young army cadet who was already preparing for his Passing Out Parade (POP) -has passed away. Company Sergeant Major Musa Muhammad Yakubu -died exactly one week to his POP following a brief illness (high fever). This is according to his friend who shared the sad news. May his soul rest in peace.

For ur information, the Nigerian military has the best medical units in Nigeria. Go find it out. All I know is that life and death is divine and only God can decides when our time is due. pls instead of concluding on things ignorantly, it's advisable u sympathize with the family of the dead.

Frm d day dey enter as cadets dey r officers under training just dt dey wont be allowed to wear d rank but badges based on der respectively battalia.
Also dey get automatic jobs because ryt frm der cadetship dey are being paid salaries, d salary varies based on the term u are.

Lol at your post. U know why? The Nigerian Army is a NORTHERN ARMY and so can not inspire patriotism in the minds of every Nigerian especially those from the South ok? So stop ranting and tell your boss in Aso Rock to restructure the Nigerian Federation ASAP as well as major national institutions like the military, police, customs, NNPC etc. I guess that would make all Nigerians irrespective of their ethnic nationality to be more patriotic thereby leading to a non occurrence of such comments on our social media. Get that into your head bro and stop vilifying the poor boy!

I'm suspecting he was tortured and bullied during training which resulted to his death. Army must be hiding something as it was reported sometime ago of a similar incidence.
