Please need ur technical advice about my Tecno T464 not updating call log & missed calls are not also showing. Pls urgently need ur help cos that is my small phone for making and receiving calls.

i think u shuld check ur date and time settin. cos if ur date is backdated, the call logs would go stay at the back date. just check ds first

I have tried this method. Now the date & time setting are all correct but still not showing.

Go to security settings and see if there's anything like 'guest mode' there. If the guestt mode is selected on, switch it off or unselect it. That was what I did when I had similar issues with my Gionee

click on ur call log den option u'll see show history call.select dat

OK, the security setting of my phone has not "guest mode". It s Tecno T464

Ok then. Keep navigating the phone settings as well as the call settings, you'll eventually fix it.

Yeah, this was what I eventually deed & the phone is nw back to normal. Tank u u all

i found healthy solution, just disable guest mode from your android device. it's new so no one know and get in to mind.

Not just call log but even media file, Message not visible to you when this mode is enable.

Under the privacy settings we can change guest mode settings.

Check if your time is correct. Incorrect time is usually the cause of that problem most times..

Update your time and date and your Tecno device will be alright.

you can also carry out a factory reset on your device.
