Mindfulness, I was covertly reading your exchange with your frenemy. How do you measure against that booty?

Our hotel has chains round the world, and hands down the best food I have encountered in an all inclusive.
The pool side at night,
Lobby,
Beach,
Salad bar.
What hotel is this?

It's nice.

Thanks honey, it's part of the Riu hotel chain. This one is called the Club Hotel Riu Negril, there is the Riu Palace Negril just up the road which was more expensive but not much different, if anything I hated the decor.. Pink buildings.

They have in a lot of other Caribbean islands, not up to the level of Sandals or Karisma hotels if you are willing to splash out more.

But it was great for kids, they have a kids club, a decent sized pool for kids with slides in it and a playground and you'd struggle not to find something to eat at the buffet even though there are four a la Carter restaurants onsite.

I definitely have never seen lobsters in a buffet prior to this and I stayed in the Riu palace in Morocco.

YS falls, located just about an hour and the half from Negril. To get there, you pass through the town of Sav la Mar which is an old Spanish name from when the island was still a colony of Spain before the Brits came to whoop their asses. grin
Now this we found more special than Dunn river falls, set deep in the forest with lovely well maintained gardens, two pools and ofcourse the waterfall.
Unlike Dunn, you cannot climb up this fall but it was definitely more fun.
