pls guys I need to buy a new android phone between 25000 to 30000 pls what your suggestions on the best one based on strength and system . pls am not so good at picking phones.thank you

There aren't any within that price range. I mean if was looking for a good phone talking 2gig ram, 16gig internal storage, 2ghz processor dual to quad core. camera doesn't matter for me. but don't know for u.

The only phone with these specs and that ur price range is a fairly used one.

Just carry that money find fairly used Samsung s4.

the reason why I said I need a new one is because my experience with fairly used phones is not good at all. that why this time I just want to buy a new one and open it myself, so that if it develops any problem I will know that it is now my fault.
