The poor nature of this road has made life unbearable for residents in the area as a result of the persistent rain fall and commercial activities has been slowed down. The Road connects the Benin Sapele Road with Upper Sokponba area of town. The importance of this road are enormous, apart from the economic importance as it links two markets together, the 3rd market and the Popular Santana market, it will also reduce the much dreaded traffic in sapele road in the morning and evening periods.

I am bringing this up, using Nairaland as an avenue to call on government and relevant authorities to come to our rescue.

The contractor had stopped working on the site for many months now and the road has been allowed to get to this state.

I hope this gets the required coverage as life is no longer pleasant. People now park their cars at home due to the nature of the road.

Oshomhole will never see this. Constructing it will not boost his ego. Pray that the incoming govt looks your way

Ekewan road is a major road and it is in a sorry state. Those in power in Edo state don't they use the roads? or are they blind? there is only one good road in Benin and that is Airport road

it is such a shame. Farmers are not able to transport their produce to the city because of the very bad roads and the government doesn't seem to give a dam.

The people in this area need not vote anyone again. CDA should just pick it up as their project.

Oshiomole has done so much in Benin. If only 'governor do nothing', Igbinedion did some before Oshiomole came.

APC mean well to Edo people

We have these kinds of roads in every state of the federation including abuja so please don't even over-flog the issue for political gains.
I don't want to Talk about Benue, Abia and Ekiti roads but please can you show me one Lucky Igbinedion's achievement?
You can also go ahead and show me any form,manner or type of development that Tony Anenih and other Edo big boys that were friends to the past administrations have done in Edo State.
