Xml ke? That's a html5 tag, it should be added to the head of the html5 document

First of all, I seen that you're using blogger and the template you're using is not responsive.

To solve your problem, login to your blogger dashboard.
>Click on template (refer screenshot 1)
>Select the Gear icon under the mobile (refer screenshot 2)
> change from "Custom" to any other mobile versions which are in-built. This will save you the trouble of your site not being responsive. (Refer screenshot 3)

PS: if you want a custom template that is responsive, I will recommend that you download templates from www.gooyaabitemplates.com #no-affiliates.

Jeez, In this 21st century, you want him to pay to learn how to make his site adapt to different resolutions (that's absurd)... and if it will take you a whole 2 hours to share the code for auto resizing then how long will it now take you to build a complete website? (Client alert, you just proved your inefficiency).
