Goodness me! This is unacceptable and not funny in anyway. Whoever took this pic had enough money to buy a camera phone and Internet access but not enough to get a proper nappy for the baby?  Option one: let the child go without nappies and be ready to keep mopping up after the poor kid. Atleast the bum won't be soaked in wee and the skin can atleast breathe.
