the camera is in his wrist watch, that's why the head is turned downwards so his fingers doesn't block the lens

Camera was hung round the neck and placed on a timer sequence. The angle of the hands indicates this. The image was later edited to remove the camera. The shirt doesn't feel right.

The answer is very simple.
the image on the wall is actually a mirror-like framed picture and not a mirror!
now this is how they did it, the other guy (whose hands we could only see) will place his finger such that they touch the fingers of the image in the mirror-like picture, the another person holds a camera and takes the picture. we wont be able to see the person taking the picture because there wont be a reflection as the image is not a mirror but a picture.

I think the guy took the pix twice with the same pose only that in each of the pix the other hand was used to take the shot,then the two pix were joined symmetrically and the joined area masked/blurred or erased using a photo editin tool,take a close look around his nose and lips there seem to be a dispaired alignment.
