Can anyone really put some light to how to dress well,to suit the interviewer...can it be suit or casuals..which could be regarded better?

It should be tidy and clean.
Not too ornate.
But Western, or Native should be what you are comfortable in.
Do not try to wear a costume to impress, it will have the reverse effect.

Although this might be too much.

Just wear anything that makes you comfortable and smart.
