Good morning my fellow real estate consultants/agents.
I created this thread because my spirit kept disturbing me to do so.

Please and please we need to be extremely careful this period (ember months) when we go on site (house/land) inspections with clients.

This is a period that evil people are always looking for whom to use to either renew their wealth or life.We don't know who is who.The Bible says "the heart of a man is desperately wicked, who can know it".

Some ritualists or kidnappers can pretend to be clients, telling you they want to inspect land (most especially undeveloped areas).

If possible whenever you are going on inspections,either you are male /female, if possible go with someone and also ride in your own car (if you have one).

When you and a client agree to meet at a place,before you get to that particular spot, you can make a call to say you are there already and watch the client(s) from a distance to avoid any possible hidden agenda.

May we not fall victims to evil plot in our pursuit of daily bread.

You can add yours, other ways you feel we can be safety conscious.
