God saw Islam and their activities in the loins of Ismail even before he was born. God didn't even need to lay a curse on him, by reason of his activities, he had attracted a curse to himself, and his descendants by extension.

The Lord says "A Curse causeless shall not stand". Proverbs 26:2 Curses cannot hurt you unless you deserve them. They are like birds that fly by and never light.
