I am at a crossroad. I want to invest in transport business (commercial motorcycle hire purchase). But the rate at which motorcycle's price is rising is giving me concern. My fear is naira/dollar rate may crash tomorrow and the price of motorcycle will suddenly come down. Such unprecedented fall in price may render the investment worthoess. I Dont know if I should buy the motorcycle now despite the high cost or wait till the price comes down before buying.

Instead of buying motorcycle, I Dont know if I should invest the money on land.

Please, I need people with experience in real investment to advice me based on knowledge in areas related to the ones I have indicated.

i know of some stuffs you can invest in presently:

1. real estate: build hostel in any institution.

2. agriculture: farming....livestock farming or plantation

3. manufacturing/processing: like buying of agricultural product and process it into finished goods. e.g plantain into plantain chips and plantain flour.
