No. GOD loves us so much. We can't fully understand how much He loves us. Some people reject His love anyway. But living in the presence of sin is enough torture for those who love GOD. That is why GOD will delete sin and sinners from existence so that those who love Him will finally live in peace.

That is not what Psa. 139:16 is saying. The world as it is right now, disfigured and marred by sin and rebellion, is not going the way GOD planned it. To find out GOD's original plan, go to Genesis 1 and 2.

GOD doesn't plan what people will do in life. GOD did not plan for Stalin to murder millions of people. GOD has given man instructions on how to live. He can choose to obey GOD, he can choose to disobey. But each comes with a consequence.

Psa. 139 as a whole is talking about how GOD knows man in and out, thoroughly, even more than man knows himself. GOD is omniscient.

LOL. In Psa. 139:16, the Psalmist is filled with awe and reverence for GOD whose knowledge is immeasurable.

GOD did not create evil. He declared His creation "good" and not "evil."

But painful death is not the same as disowning. A disowned child simply has no interaction with the father, a disowned child isn't tortured or killed

As far as sinners still exist anywhere in the Universe, they still interact with GOD's creation, and ultimately with GOD. That's why GOD has to destroy them from existence, so that their presence won't pollute creation again.

Destruction is what they merit for living their lives in unrelenting rebellion against GOD.
