am also a rivers state corper. Neva heard of such tins. It is nt in the NYSC website and in their rules and regulations. Its just a cheap talk.

ours they said if one did not pay 500 for d reg form. he or she would not b allowed to sign clearance. is it by force to collect loan

For real?? I'm not too surpised though cos they have different methods of collecting money from us...the most recent one in my local govt is an appeal form card they gave us for bore-hole. And they are demanding we bring at least 500 naira.

SAED us not part of NYSC cardinal points..DG made it clear here in Abuja,if you don't get your Cert because of SAED, lemme know
