Are the toilets made of diamond or Gold for each school to get 40/50million every year? Being hygienic is good, making sure students don't get infected from dirty toilets is a wonderful idea but spending billions on toilets .

This is not bad, the project is for the students welfare, those who attend boarding schools can recall the bad condition of the toilets in public skuls. If govt does not spend the money on students welfare where you want the money be spend?

VIP toilet my foot, toilet is a toilet, just to justify the high amount you spent you added VIP, half of that money must have been diverted to one private account
