Subtract 4 from ur chest measurement and divide it by 4 e.g i have 40-4=36/4=9

nw each of the pattern u use 9 apart from the two side pattern, remember we are stil on the chest

My shoulder is 18 divide by 3=6 nw u us 6 on the front shoulder and 18 on the back shoulder
