Abeg when are they proposing to start issuing cert, i don tire for uniport mata....na towards printing of call up letter make i know whether i go travel go back my state. i don dry finish for ph waiting for this cert, all thingz way i for don use am do don pass finish. even the people for that office no dey help mata.......one of the elderly woman way i meet at academic office way i no know whether no frustration dey worry her or what....i for get serious problem wit her...but i just pocketed my temper, swallow hard and said it's well
