i just created my first app. i want to upload it to the store. please has anyone done it here before..can u guide me on the steps?

Go to their developer's console here https://play.google.com/apps/publish/ and register.

Bear in mind that you would require $20 only

it's been awhile a checkked it out, i tot it was $25
