Don't Expose Your Phones While Seated in Vehicles. Thieves Are On The Prowl by Eberex(op):
I got ready for work like every other days. I reside somewhere at Ogba by the way.

I boarded a keke maruwa heading to the bus stop and sat at the far right passenger side, there were other two passengers. I held my two phones (Lenovo and Infinix hot) in my hand.

While we were on motion, i saw a hand reaching out for my infinix and nearly snatched it. This happened so fast that i was speechless. I looked and i saw that the hand belonged to a passenger who was on a bike. They drove past us at full speed seeing they didn't succeed in getting the phone.

Of course there was no way the keke could catch them, but the woman beside me started shouting Ole! Ole!! Ole!!!

Please my fellow people, this was my first experience and i'm sure its becoming a trend these days.

When you are in a keke maruwa or even a vehicle, please if you are sitting at the edge or at the window side in case of danfo buses, do not make phone calls or expose your phones carelessly. Most especially if you are in a keke maruwa.

Someone is always watching and ready to grab your phone.

I was lucky because i had a grip on my phone well enough for it not to have been easily taken. And most times this happens when there is no traffic.

Thank you and have a blessed week.
