When the magnificent Delta State Polytechnic Stadium, Ozoro was last posted online, some individuals were in the doubt of how true such a story is. It was the quest to erase such disbelieve from the mind of 'thomas' that Pedro Chibuzo-Ogume Obi went on the tour of the facility of this edifice.

It is of note that the entire work of this stadium was built by the Rector of Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro; Dr. J. S. Oboreh.

Disbelief..

In south African PSL I usually a team called "wits university '. So this polytechnic can raise a school team and start playing professional football.

Also imo building this magnificent structure is a total waste if the school doesn't plan to start an aggressive football, athletics and indeed sports program.

If delta state poly stadium is as standard as this, I wonder how the state owned stadium will be. Kudos to the rector

Gov Okorocha of Imo state met a near similar stadium dedicated to late Sam Okwaraji in his hometown, Orlu.

Okorocha dismantled the stadium immediately he became governor of Imo state. No replacement after five years.
