You must be a programmer to be able develop web bots and to develop bot you must have a perfect understanding of socket programming, httpwebrequest protocols, analysing packets that are submitted to the webserver and and any other programme of your interest e.g. python, c#, vb etc

It will take alot of your time being a beginner in bot development except you have a background in any programming language. You will have to become a premium member of tutsplus or lynda to have a basic idea of how web bots works by watching their premium videos, Honestly you will make alot of Google search to fix bugs and dealing with exceptions especially if you develop bots with c#.

You will have to practice and read on your own in other to become a good bot developer as every bot will require a different approach in automating a specific task.

Bot development is a very lucrative skill already earn 1600 bucks from a south Korean guy that was refferred to me by one of my clients on Sunday.
I developed a daily motion uploader that auto logs the url of uploaded videos in a text file, auto creates accounts and also auto uploads videos to dailymotion for the south Korean guy and he paid an upfront of 30% then another 30% and the remaining 40% was paid when I delivered bot to him. Also I will be paid 200 bucks for maintaining the bot every month.

I strongly believe your opinion however the reason I keep searching for jobs is to enable me self-fund my future business. I don't want a situation whereby I borrow or collect a loan and can't meet up with payment.
