Millions will die God forbid. If people are asked to evacuate lagos, thats when you see some millions that will be saying 'na lie, nothing dey happen, i rebuke flood IJN, Amen.' They will ignore the warnings until they are in close contact with the danger or until they see the flood coming and then it will be too late.
