Here is my story...
For some years nw, u have been leaving with the fear that I might have contacted hiv. Sometimes I regret ever starting to have sex because this all came from the very first day I had sex. I had a risky exposure some years back, risky in the sense that my first sexual experience was with someone I barely knew but one tin I was sure of was that it was protected and der was no burst in d cd.sometimes I hear pple say condoms burst,I get surprised cus I use it regularly n it neva for once pop. wel Mayb bcus I always expel air from it bfor I insert. d lady in question was d one hu taught me how to wear it. six days after dis, I got ill. symptoms wer chest pain, increase in body temperature n dizziness.d morning dis started I began panicking.I was restless I went to a hospital n explained my symptoms, d doc gave me malaria meds.whch I took bt was taking dem wit fear. if u r nt close to me u can neva knw am sick cus even till date, very rarely wld a sickness bring me down.d meds didn't do Anytin.I spent days on d net surf n reading pple seroconversion symptoms,but non matched mine. d tot of d hiv was bringing me down faster dan d illness because to me d sickness wasn't dat serious.as a result of this I was in depression .I lost apetite and started losing weight.no one knew wat I was passing tru all dy new was I ws sick.I summoned courage n went to a hospital n saw a doc der, he saw I av lost weight n jst asked if I was sexually active,I said yes.he asked if I used protection,I said yes.he said I shldnt lie I shld tel hm if I consitently use condom,I told hm yes. he den said I shld go do hiv test.he gave me one paper to giv d nurse whch I did n she told me to cum for counseling d next day bfor dey test.I went home n cried den I went to a private lab to do it cus I cldnt wait.it came out negative (dis ws like a month after d incident.can u bliv d moment I saw d result apetite came back.)

den went to do normal test n found out I had 1+malaria. I began feeling better even bfor I started treatment. bt sometimes I gt scared wenever I remember d incident n I didn't do it after 3months. I carried on in life. few times I gt ill during dis years,bt sometimes I dnt nid medication to get better.example,I might have headache n slight temp increase bt it resolves it self after I rest or highest d next morning. jst on few occasions I use meds.bt any time I even av d slightest headache,my mind runs to hiv.all tru dis yrs av had other sexual encouters, bt neva witout protection cus I feel I shld protect dem if I av it n if der is a chance I dnt av, mke I still protect myself.to shw u aw serious I take it, even my current gf of 3yrs, I av neva touched her witout protection.n she always do hiv test jst for fun n comes out negative.she even did it two months ago.

wat brought dis worry to my mind again is dis. last yr I was posted somewer in d north n started having typhoid (sumtin av neva experienced in my life bfor)if I gt test for typhoid,it appears high to d point dat docs wld say I av dis n still walk well to dem.I say d only symptoms I gt are slight headache, stomach pain n slight fever which isnt always der.in two yrs av treated typhoid twice.wen I came back to my normal base I treated typhoid jst to mke sure it was out.nw av have slight abdominal pain n I tink its back.I jst want ti clear sumtin up bcus weda I like am or nt I go do d test bt
1)How do some pple wake up one morning n decide to do hiv test? cus seriously I gt amazed
2) I read tru someone's comment dat incessant typhoid is hiv( it means I wld b in late stage na).
3)can one get d drugs in any general hospital? n is it really free... place help me ans dis questions bfor I test

Go for test. From what I heard the drugs are free. And who knows u might come out negative.
