I can help build a website/app to manage that business

There are several factors involved.

What location are you looking at. Lagos or where??

What type of car(s) ?

The dynamics of the business has changed over time. We now have more people in the business so you have to think out of the box to grab a share of the market.

I suggest you go ahead to market your service online. Do this effectively and watch the results over time.

Thank you for your priceless input sir. We have put in some efforts. And this prove how far the industry has been thrown off. The fuel price is another negative factor.

I still seek further advice to make rough /drastic decision
