The phone is very poor. Snail speed loading and always hanging.

I will update from System Update.... will I lose my file. Can it brick my phone if it hangs.?

That's not Jelly bean that's KitKat and if you're having performance problems with that phone then you're doing something wrong.

Yes of course ,but upgrades sometimes comes with some itches,nothing like using your phone with the pre installed Os

And what do you think I maybe doing wrong that makes it to hang much.? I don't have games inside

I don't know how you use it so I can't tell you what could be causing you problems, but my best advice to you would be, download clean master app and use it to free up some RAM frequently.
