Water has passed under the bridge, it is left for every 'sabinus' to tell us the 'colour' and the 'velocity' of the water.
Don't get it twisted OP, whether it is "arrest" or "search warrant" you termed it. for me, it is a clear case of intimidation!
judges and lawyers have been arrested and punished in the past without breaking their doors to effect such....
As for Wike's 'interference'
If you have the 'capacity' to intervene in the breakdown of Law and Order and you come up on a situation where the Law is being trampled upon, what would you do? Turn a blind eye and walk away?
While you ponder over that, I will also like you to reminisce on these!

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Op, You are now Prosecutor, Jury and Judge. You now pronounced people "Corrupt" and "Guilty"? That's very interesting!
This Govt has attacked the Opposition, the Labour Congress, the Legislature and now the Judiciary.....

even if the judge is the federal government property, what will happen if the FG follows due process ? Did they invite the judge and he refuse before invading his premises ? This are the questions we need to ask ourselves.

There is smtn called a raid or sting operation and it's purpose to to surprise the suspect to as to prevent hiding of vital evidence. In such cases u don't need to invite the suspects or else they will prepare themselves or hiding away any incriminating evidence. The way these security operatives act as if we are in military era is baffling. They are used anyhow to achieve nefarious objectives. SARS which is an anti-robbery unit now invade people's home n community in the name of mass arrest, take people to places outside their jurisdiction n extort exorbitant bail.

is it the judiciary that asked the federal government to withdraw the forgery case against SP & DSP?
is it the judiciary that asked the federal government to turn a blind eye against the SGF who cleared grass at the IDP camp with N270m?
is it the judiciary that asked the federal government to ignore the padding case against Hon. Dogara despite all the damning evidences against him?

So why was Tompolo invited at one period of time before invading his premises ? Does it mean that the EFCC or DSS or FG respect militants more than a federal high court Judge ?

Just as we have the court martial that is responsible for disciplinary purposes in the Nigerian army, we also have a body responsible for checking and disciplining misbehaving judges. Let's call a spade a spade the invation was wrong.

It is only in Nigeria were someone will be lebelled a criminal before being convicted in court, while in the normal sense, it is surpose to be the reverse.

Good point , resisting arrest is serious

If that Judge follows Alamesia's steps and vanishes, that's Aiding and abetting , harboring a fugutive on the part of Wike

I also think for wike to have prevented it , DSS has a leak , someone told Wike DSS was coming , if it's really midnight , it should be investigated

And no propaganda won't fly , we have read the news and we know they had $2M cash on them , that's what boggles my mind

So , there's a particular time to conduct arrests ??
2 million dollars? Wow. How do you know that exactly?

This was a surveillance that went on for months. The DSS followed due process.

The SSS initially submitted parts of its findings to the regulatory body, the National Judicial Council. Officials said the SSS moved in after the council merely recommended two of the judges for retirement, and not prosecution.

The council also refused to cooperate with the SSS as the agency launched wider investigations into the cases for more evidence. The source explained that judges whose homes were raided include Adeniyi Ademola, and Nnamdi Dimgba of the Federal High Court in Abuja as well as Sylvester Ngwuta and John Okoro of the Supreme Court.

And you want to execute it by 1am? This is not a Banana Republic. The presidency did not withdraw the case against So and DSP. Actually, they did that so they can charge them to court separately.
Turning blind eye to SGF /IDP case? You are aware the Senate is looking into that. So far, it's a rumour no concrete evidence.
Dogara has come out to denie all the allegations, actually what he did is a normal thing in NA. Is it right? well life is not fair

on the case of the SGF, it was the panel set up by NA that uncovered the N270m grass clearing issue & he has been invited but he declined to appear before d house, so it's not a rumor.
