I learnt my very first lesson when it comes to real estate.
After a long time searching for a responsible tenant, both online and off the internet.

I eventually found the lady on here to share my flat with.

Even though the property does not belong to me, I have been living here for a long time and I needed a companion preferably female.

So this lady responded to my ad and eventually agreed to rent a room and share the flat with me.
