Guys please my fone has been writing andriod os has stop i gave an enginner to help install a new rom the stupid guy went to install techno rom on my Prestigio multipad rider 7.0 3G now the fone is fvked

pls ppl help me.....my phone is saying unfortunately system ui have stopped.. pls way can I do apart from resetting it....infinix hot note..
