the dogs are missing na, they probably ran out and got lost, so they are stray dogs if you see a stray dog on the way you'll know na, and those are rottweilers. perhaps someone must have picked them up if they aren't aggressive, so he is offering 100,000 so that the person would be tempted to return them. but honestly those dogs are worth more than 100k. I pity the man for his loss. it's so painful.

So a Nigerian dog owner is ready to pay a whooping 100k for the safe return of his two Rottweilers named Romulus & Remus –Judging by how expensive those dogs can be when they were bought, you can only imagine why the owner is reward that amount.

But on second thought, the owner might be emotionally attached to the beasts and losing them just might be akin to losing a loved one.
