'This young man was caught allegedly trying to kidnap two school children in otukpo just now. The local vigilantes have him in their custody .

The kidnapper allegedly foiled today. Was recaptured at fairwinds Avenue, GRA after escaping from vigilantes custody'.

I pray he is really guilty to avoid them torturing an innocent citizen. Dude looks really young, I wonder what would drive him to such crime.
