SE Leader Says Igbos Are Oppressed In Nigeria, Labels Them Slaves by MayorofLagos(op): 2:33pm On Oct 14, 2016
By Nwabueze Okonkwo

ONITSHA—Leader of the Movement for the Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB, Chief Ralph Uwazuruike has accused those he identified as Igbo elites of helping to sabotage Biafran efforts during the civil war which according to him, resulted in the defeating of Biafra and the current treatment of Ndigbo as slaves in Nigeria. He said it was ironical that the same saboteurs were comfortable with the pitiable condition of the Igbo to the extent that rather than protecting their fellow Igbo kinsmen, they were collaborating with their oppressors to harm us while at the same time still masquerading themselves as Igbo leaders.

They are not slaves.

Nigerians love to use terms capable of eliciting various negative emotions.

There's nothing wrong if you want to go but self deprecation is quite pathetic.

These people and their victim mentality sha.

Even Germany has moved on. The war was won and lost, your people are still thriving, making a living in various parts of the country. Yet, you carry the matter for head like galla.

Makes me shudder at the thought of what could have been had they been meted half the punishment Germany serve(d).

It's sad what went down, but no amount of lamentation can change what's been done.

To Yoruba bastards, prodigals, crumb eaters, back stabbers, traitors, alatenujes, and akindanidanis that are the willing allies and ready tools in the hands of Hausa-Fulani hegemonic oppressors, get your acts together. Stop selling your birthrights for a bowl of amala. Stop playing a second fiddle to Hausa-Fulanis. Stop selling your own people to the feudalists. Now is the time for all Yorubas regardless of party persuasion and religious affiliation to come together and fight the Hausa-Fulani hegemonic oppressors.
