Abeg I fit play pes16 and other games 4 dis pc
*AMD dual _ core processor E1_2500(1.4ghz)
*AMD radeon HD8240 with 512 graphics system memory
* 4GB DDR3 memory
*500GB HDD

You can only play older games that works well with lower spec systems. What killed your system is the Processor.....If it were at least up to 2ghz it would have been another story.

Yes! But depends on the motherboard too. Changing the PC is better.
PC manufacturers are just too weird! Giv a pc 512mb dedicated and 1gHz processor.... Can't stop laughing.

Hello OP, from the reader of most pc games I've installed a minimum for the processor is usually 2.0Ghz and this beats yours a bit. then again, the readme gives suggestions for optimal performance and my own system (2.1Ghz, 4G ram, Intel graphics card- in summary a basic one ) has run a number of awesome games.
what I noticed about some games is that they leave file extensions that aid the smooth running of their software on your device
