So, I was checking 2016 budget this evening. How can somebody Maintain a website with over N270m. Because Portal is also part of a website. I guess I will register a company as a contractor now.

My brother, there is nothing special about Government Website in this country. Its just to provide information. You can even use common HTML to do that.

Look through the entire budget, 'most everything was probably padded. Did you see the allocation to the furniture? Startling figures, good observation (if the document you published Reflects the true figures)

lol.. no developer or web development company will charge you more than 800k & no govt website is worth more than that amount.. because most of it comes with less functionality.... All this govt website are just normal HTML, JAVASCRIPT & CSS even most of it dont involve backend coding...
