I wasn't given correction form oh...dey just said I should submit d slip,my self screening score and my o level result..it's been over a month I submitted dis documents,still no rectification...pls anybody that can help should signify pls.....or wat step shd I take,anytime I go to d admin office,d ladies dere keep on telling me dat dey are working on it...am tayad oh.
